Choose your route and flight

Step 1

Select your preferred dates for our dedicated routes between the United Kingdom and Dubai, or Dubai to the United Kingdom. View upcoming departures and reserve seats on the next available service.

Book your seats

Step 2

Complete your booking in minutes using our guided checkout. Each seat includes space for either: One large dog over 23 kg, or Two smaller dogs, each weighing up to 22 kg You will receive instant confirmation once booked.

Share your details

Step 3

Submit passenger and pet information through your our PetX portal. Upload vet records and basic details at your own pace. Our team reviews everything and confirms exactly what is required for your journey.

We handle the paperwork

Step 4

You receive a clear documentation checklist and a link to an orientation call with our specialists. We coordinate permits, health certificates, approvals, and regulatory requirements at both ends of the journey, keeping everything simple and stress free.

Fly together, door to door

Step 5

Arrive at a private terminal, relax in the lounge, and board with your dog by your side. All dogs travel in the cabin, never in cargo. On arrival, expedited processing and optional chauffeur transfer ensure a smooth onward journey, with continued PetX support if needed.

Can my dog really travel in the cabin with me?

Yes. All PetX flights are private jet services where dogs travel in the cabin alongside their owners. There is no cargo hold travel, no crates, and no separation at any point.

Do you handle all pet travel paperwork?

We do. PetX manages all required documentation for both the UK and Dubai, including health certificates, permits, and regulatory approvals, removing the need for you to coordinate multiple providers.
