PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services
1. General Information
When you reserve a seat on a flight operated by PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services a legally binding agreement is formed between you and PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services.
PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services operates as a Public Charter organiser and arranges private air transportation in partnership with duly licensed air carriers.
Your confirmed itinerary including departure and return dates, routing, aircraft type where applicable, pricing, and additional conditions form part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the booking price includes air transportation and assistance with the mandatory pet documentation required for entry into the destination country. Compliance with all regulations remains subject to approval by the relevant authorities
2. Reservations and Payment
Reservations are made directly with PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services.
Within seven days of receiving your reservation request, we will review:
• Passenger government issued photo identification
• Pet details and travel information
• Preliminary documentation where required
Your reservation is not confirmed until full cleared payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
If your documentation does not meet required standards, your booking may be declined and payment returned.
Funds may be held in a designated client account in accordance with applicable public charter regulations.
3. Air Transportation
Flights are operated by a duly licensed commercial air carrier using long range private jet aircraft suitable for pet friendly cabin travel.
The operating carrier retains full operational control of the aircraft at all times.
PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services reserves the right to:
• Substitute aircraft type
• Substitute operating carrier
• Adjust routing
• Convert between charter and scheduled service where necessary
Such changes do not entitle passengers to compensation unless they constitute a Major Change as defined below.
Flight times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Check In Requirements
Passengers must arrive at the designated private terminal at least 60 minutes before departure.
Failure to present at the boarding lounge 30 minutes prior to departure will be treated as a no show. In such cases the seat may be reallocated and no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellations by PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services
Cancellation More Than 28 Days Before Departure
We reserve the right to cancel a trip for operational or commercial reasons provided written notice is given at least 28 days prior to departure. A full refund will be issued within 14 days.
Cancellation Within 28 Days of Departure
We will not cancel within 28 days of departure unless performance of the flight becomes physically impossible due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases a full refund will be provided.
Major Changes
A Major Change includes:
• A change of departure or return date
• A change of origin or destination city
• A price increase exceeding 10 percent
• A delay exceeding 48 hours
If a Major Change occurs before departure, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
If a Major Change affects your return sector after outbound travel has commenced, a refund will be provided for the unused portion only.
6. Cancellations by Passenger
All confirmed bookings are non refundable.
If you cancel, amend your reservation, or fail to travel, no refund will be issued.
If a replacement passenger is found for the identical itinerary and all seats on the flight were originally sold out, a refund may be issued less an administrative fee.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days.
7. Flight Delays
In the event of delay, PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services is not obligated to provide accommodation, meals, or ground transport. Assistance may be offered at our discretion.
8. Baggage Allowance
Each purchased seat includes:
• 30kg of checked baggage
• One small cabin item
Oversized or excess baggage is subject to aircraft load limitations and may incur additional charges.
Liability for baggage loss or damage is governed by the operating carrier’s Conditions of Carriage and applicable international conventions.
9. Responsibility and Liability
PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services arranges transportation but does not operate aircraft.
Air carriers and other suppliers are independent contractors.
We are not liable for:
• Acts or omissions of third party carriers
• Delays outside our direct control
• Injury, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our control
• Loss or injury involving transported animals except where caused by our direct negligence
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their pets and agree to indemnify PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services accordingly.
International carriage may be subject to the:
• Warsaw Convention
• Montreal Convention 1999
Where applicable, liability limitations under those conventions will apply.
10. Passenger Identification and Travel Documents
You must provide valid government issued photo identification at booking and present it at departure.
Names must match exactly with travel documentation.
You are solely responsible for obtaining:
• Valid passport
• Visas
• Entry permissions
• Health documentation
• Any country specific compliance requirements
Failure to present correct documentation may result in denied boarding without refund.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government action
• War or civil unrest
• Pandemic or quarantine restrictions
• Airspace closures
• Crew illness
• Extreme weather
• Regulatory restrictions
If a flight cannot operate due to Force Majeure, our sole obligation is to refund monies paid for services not provided.
12. Pet Safety Requirements
Dogs must:
• Be leashed at all times within terminal and aircraft
• Travel with an appropriate muzzle available for use if requested
Cats must remain in secure carriers throughout travel.
If a pet is declared or assessed as aggressive, additional veterinary or behavioural clearance may be required at the owner’s expense.
Failure to comply with crew instructions may result in denied travel without refund.
13. Pet Travel Documentation
Owners are fully responsible for ensuring their pets meet all import and export requirements including vaccinations, microchipping, health certification, and permits.
PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services may:
• Provide guidance
• Refer specialist pet relocation partners
• Request copies of documentation for pre departure review
However, compliance remains entirely the owner’s responsibility.
Failure to provide correct documentation will result in denied boarding without refund.
Owners agree to indemnify PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services against losses resulting from non compliance.
14. Notices
All correspondence must be sent in writing to the registered office of PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services or to the official booking email address provided at time of reservation.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services shall not be liable for:
• Indirect losses
• Consequential losses
• Loss of profit
• Loss of opportunity
• Reputational damage
Acceptance of any refund constitutes full settlement of claims relating to that booking.
17. Travel Insurance
Passengers are strongly advised to obtain:
• Trip cancellation insurance
• Medical and accident insurance
• Pet travel insurance
Insurance options can be provided upon request.
18. Operational Control
The operating air carrier retains full operational control of the aircraft at all times.
The aircraft captain has absolute authority regarding:
• Flight safety
• Passenger acceptance
• Animal acceptance
• Diversion or cancellation decisions
All such decisions are final.
If a passenger is refused entry at destination, the passenger shall bear all associated costs and indemnify PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services against resulting expenses.
Passengers confirm that:
• They are not subject to sanctions
• Funds used are lawfully sourced
• They will notify us of any relevant status change
PetX Jets Pet Relocation Services reserves the right to block or return funds if required by law.
